We have a no return policy, which means all sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

However, we do offer a 1 time alteration on our products within 30 days of purchase of the product.

To start an alteration request, you can contact us at merostudio2019@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an alteration will not be accepted.
